This modern residential and commercial building is located in a quiet part of Kaštel Sućurac, surrounded by family houses and all important amenities. The project includes four residential units and two smaller commercial spaces, spread over the ground floor and two floors. The building is designed for those seeking quality living in a well-connected, yet peaceful urban environment.
All apartments face south, ensuring an abundance of natural light and a feeling of airiness. Depending on the floor, the apartments have access to a balcony, loggia or terrace, and the commercial spaces are located on the ground floor, with separate entrances. Each apartment has an outdoor parking space and a storage room in the basement, and the building's yard will be fenced and landscaped.
Special attention was paid to the functionality of the layout, the privacy of the users, and energy and technical standards during the design. High-quality materials will be used in the construction - reinforced concrete construction, PVC joinery with blinds, thermal and sound insulation according to modern standards, as well as large-format ceramic tiles in bathrooms and kitchens. The apartments will have their own water and electricity meters, a heating and cooling system via air conditioners, and underfloor heating will be installed in the bathrooms. Preparation for video surveillance is also planned.
The project is conceived as a combination of a modern lifestyle and comfortable living in a smaller urban building, with an emphasis on safety, functionality and quality of construction.
The beginning of construction is planned for September 2025, while the completion of works and the possibility of moving in is planned by the end of 2026, after obtaining a use permit.
