Each villa consists of:
Ground floor which includes a living room, kitchen and dining room, bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, additional toilet, bathroom and sauna, technical rooms with laundry room, pantry and outdoor toilet with separate entrance.
First floor which has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and an additional room that can be used as a gym, playroom or similar. There is also a staircase leading to the roof terrace where you can enjoy cocktails and fully relax in the hydromassage tub with sunbathing area.

The villas are equipped with top equipment and designer furniture. The kitchen with island has a built-in wine refrigerator and ceramic worktops. All rooms have Smart TVs, while the living rooms consist of designer Italian furniture.
