High-quality construction and carefully selected materials

The project includes three residential buildings with three above-ground floors, designed to provide functional apartments and a comfortable living space. Special attention is paid to the quality of materials and modern equipment that allows for easy use and maintenance.

The apartments are planned to have 60 × 60 cm ceramic tiles throughout the space, and buyers can choose between two selected shades – warm and cool tones. With timely agreement, other options for finishing materials are also possible before ordering.

Heating and cooling is provided by a climate control system. One-bedroom apartments have two indoor units, while two-bedroom apartments have three, and the outdoor units are located on the roof of the building. Modern design electric wall radiators are planned in the bathrooms.

The buildings have high-quality PVC joinery with double glazing and large glass walls leading to terraces and loggias. Electric blinds are installed on larger openings, while manual blinds are on smaller windows.
