The apartment areas range from 66.44 m² to 78.98 m², depending on the building, and each apartment has two parking spaces. Commercial spaces of 150 m² are located on the ground floor.
The building permit has been obtained, and construction began in April 2025. Completion of construction and occupancy, with a use permit, are planned for March 2027.
