The external joinery is triple-layered PVC with integrated mosquito nets, while the entrance doors to the apartments are burglar-proof and fire-resistant. The walls are painted white, and the bathrooms are covered with ceramic tiles, which are also installed on the floors of the other rooms.

The heating system is based on heat pumps with underfloor heating that ensures a comfortable temperature throughout the year. The apartments have garage parking spaces within the building.

Additionally, the project includes outdoor solutions such as a children's playground and a basketball court, which contributes to the quality of life of future residents.
