Maslina Resort is a unique resort in our region that has grown from a private family estate into a signature hotel. Inspired by unique and original features, all to meet the demands of guests who appreciate luxury.
Maslina Resort is a full-service, five-star boutique hotel, located on the coast of untouched nature overlooking the picturesque Maslinica bay on the island of Hvar, Croatia.

Maslina Resort was successfully completed in August 2020, when the Resort opened its doors to its first guests.

The five-star resort has a capacity of 53 units: a combination of rooms and apartments, three luxury villas and extensive quality facilities such as the Pharomatiq spa, A•Bay beach bar, children's playroom, organic garden and beach area.

The catering facilities include a main restaurant, bar, wine gallery and beach bar/restaurant.

All spacious rooms and suites of the "Maslina" Resort enjoy a beautiful sea view, complete privacy and absolute comfort. Every detail is authentic to the elements that make the island of Hvar unique, harmonizing Mediterranean simplicity and French artistic styles with natural materials. The villas are impeccably located along the seashore, where you can enjoy endless sea views from all rooms.

Supporting Maslina Resort's philosophy of "mindful luxury", the culinary focus of the Restaurant advocates the UNESCO-protected Mediterranean diet with a modern twist. The kitchen respects local ingredients while producers are carefully selected for their quality, respect for the environment and commitment to organic and seasonal cultivation. Furthermore, many of the restaurant's ingredients are harvested from Maslina Resort's own 7,000 square meter organic garden.

Beach Bar
Along the Maslina Resort's coastal promenade is a relaxed beachside spot called A•Bay.
Located with an open view that stretches to the Kabal peninsula, A•Bay is the perfect place to sip authentic and classic cocktails, champagne or a chilled glass of rosé wine while indulging in Mediterranean tapas.
Fresh and local food and refreshing drinks blend harmoniously with A•Bay's elegant decor, with a music sommelier on hand to enhance the natural atmosphere of the island.

Villas
Our new story is a turnkey project developed on an area of ​​5401 square meters, where 5 luxury villas are currently under construction, which will be fully managed and operated under the Maslina brand. It will expand on the initial concept and performance of Maslina Resort, using wood, stone and natural elements to create a place of comfort in harmony with the natural environment. A limited number of new owners who have recognized this unique opportunity will purchase new properties and join the existing selected group of Maslina families.

Two villas have already been built: "Villa Litica and "Villa Borovina".
