ABOUT THE PROJECT

In the very center of Makarska, in a modern residential complex, the construction of a residential building is underway, which began in mid-March 2022, and the completion of the works is planned for the end of 2023.

The building consists of a basement that will have two floors (-1 and -2 in which there will be garage spaces), a high ground floor and 4 floors. There will be a total of 39 residential units in the building. The building will have two entrances with elevators, and there will be 4 apartments on each floor. There will be 10 storage rooms on the ground floor. The apartments vary in size and structure. One-room apartments are available in the range of 50 m2 - 53 m2. All one-room apartments are located on the southern facade of the building.

Two-room residential units range from 60 m2 to 72 m2. Two-room apartments are located on the southern facade and on the sides of the building (East - West).

As for construction and equipment, the building is being built to a high standard and will be equipped to a high standard. The facade of the building will have 8 cm thick stone wool with excellent thermal, hydro and sound insulation of the building. In the stairwells there will be insulation with 8 cm thick stone wool, additional insulation will be inside the apartments. In the living rooms there will be lifting sliding walls of large dimensions with thermal insulation glass.

The entrance doors to the apartments will be "Blindo" security fire doors, and the interior veneered doors will be 1st class, white. All rooms in the apartments will have built-in LED lighting fixtures. All rooms in the apartments will be air-conditioned. The stairwells will have Brac stone and stainless steel railing. The bathrooms will have underfloor heating, high-quality ceramics (Kerlite plates measuring 2.40 m x 1.25 m), high-quality bathroom cabinets with a sink and hanging toilets with "soft - close" boards.

Shower areas will be larger in the "walk - in" principle with glass shower cabins.

Customers can choose whether to buy an outdoor parking space or an indoor parking space - a garage parking space. The purchase of a garage parking space is a condition for the purchase of an apartment.
