The construction and arrangement of the terrain is carried out on the basis of this plan according to the following conditions:

– the maximum building coefficient is kig = 0.2 and the largest utilization coefficient is kis = 0.4;
– the maximum height of building P 1, or a maximum of 7 m;
– the floor area of basic agricultural-production buildings occupies a minimum of 40%,

The plot is almost regularly rectangular in its southern part.
