– the maximum building coefficient is kig = 0.2 and the largest utilization coefficient is kis = 0.4;
– the maximum height of building P 1, or a maximum of 7 m;
– the floor area of basic agricultural-production buildings occupies a minimum of 40%,
catering-tourist buildings a maximum of 30%, and sports and recreation a maximum of 30% of
total permitted floor area on one building plot;
– other areas are open and covered areas for the needs of basic agricultural activity,
sports and recreation, and landscaped greenery;
– connection to publicly noticeable areas is carried out directly and indirectly via unclassified roads
– vehicle parking must be solved on the building plot;
– water supply is provided from the water supply system or from water tanks;
- – drainage is solved by connecting to the sewage network, and if it is not built through collection pits.
The plot is almost regularly rectangular in its southern part.
