Near Svetvinčenat is a luxury villa with a total living area of 400 m2. The villa is located in a complex consisting of four luxury residences located in Istria.
All four villas are located on their own plots and spread along the gentle slopes at the top of a small Istrian village.
Two adjacent roads connect the houses with the main road leading to larger nearby towns.
The villas are located in a quiet part of the village, providing a peaceful environment with only a few neighbors.
Each villa has its own private access road leading to private covered parking. The planning and positioning of the villas, combined with their location, ensures an isolated and intimate experience. Each plot has a villa of 400 m² and an outdoor area with a covered living room of 100 m². The large swimming pool with accompanying sunbathing area is surrounded by a terraced landscape containing lavender, olive groves and other aromatic shrubs and plants.
On the first floor there are three en-suite bedrooms connected by a spacious corridor. Each bedroom with its own bathroom has at least 30 m². The high ceiling under the sloping roof creates rich light in the morning and allows for generous interior space.
Each bedroom is equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and a private bathroom. The bathrooms contain a walk-in shower, sinks for him and her, built-in mirrors and separate toilets with storage space.
