The project is located in a residential zone with excellent traffic connections and pedestrian accessibility to everyday facilities, which makes it suitable for living or investing for rent. The apartments have outdoor parking spaces within the fenced yard. The building is designed so that each apartment has its own entrance and complete privacy, and the apartments also include outdoor areas – a terrace, balcony or garden.
