Zadar, Rovanjska - New construction with a view of the sea and mountains



The project is located in Rovanjska, 150 meters from the sea, and includes 9 modern apartments. Rovanjska is a quiet coastal place located on the edge of Velebit, along the clear sea and numerous natural beaches. Kaštel Sućurac - Modern new construction in a quiet zone near the sea



In the central part of Kaštel Sućurac, a step away from all everyday facilities, a small residential and business building with a total of four apartments and two business premises is being built. The building is located in one of the streets not far from the main road, which ensures privacy and silence, while at the same time remaining excellently connected to all important routes and facilities nearby. In a quiet and urban location in the western part of Trogir, just a few minutes' drive from the old town center and the coast, a smaller residential project is being built with a total of five apartments spread over three floors, in the basement, ground floor and first floor. The project is located in a residential zone with excellent traffic connections and pedestrian accessibility to everyday facilities, which makes it suitable for living or investing for rent. The apartments have outdoor parking spaces within the fenced yard. The building is designed so that each apartment has its own entrance and complete privacy, and the apartments also include outdoor areas – a terrace, balcony or garden.
Payment is possible by phased monitoring of construction: 50%, 20%, 10%. The planned start of construction is in September 2025, while the completion and the possibility of moving in is expected by the end of 2026. Read more about this project here.
