The Šižgorić Palace made of stone and wooden beams with parquet floors and a staircase with massive stone treads, in the mid-19th century was a residence of the highest quality.
It has 4 floors and a ground floor, semi-buried, which now houses business premises.The apartment consists of: a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen and dining room, a guest toilet, and a private art gallery in the hallway.

Architect Vrban previously pointed out that the apartment was renovated with the latest material processing technologies, but in the spirit of its period.

Stucco was produced in Italy, handmade.
The floors were made in Berti, Italy, as a special order with real silver dust in the wood.
As in the original, the floors had a gray sheen and were in the same dimensions.
The walls are plastered with the same material that was used when the Palace was built.
The windows are identical replicas of the original, and the painted glass came from Venice. Colored glass, Barcelona chair by Mies Van der Rohe, Saarinen table and Sofa by Knoll.
Decorative walls are exact replicas of the original as are all interior doors.
Smart house is an integrated and surround system by Bang&Olufsen.

Solar collectors are installed on the hidden part of the palace roof, making it sustainable.
Complete silence and isolation from the outside world, 3 layers of sound insulation in the floors.
Decorative walls are exact replicas of the original as are all other interior doors. The windows are made of solid wood, painted in polar white with double-glazed glass.
The frames are made by a special factory that renovates the windows of the palace building.
The apartment is completely energy efficient.
Bathroom and kitchen floors are replicas of the original stone, with underfloor heating.
