Description
Marina Hills Resort, a resort with a total area of 1,150 m² located in Marina near Trogir, consists of three villas with a total of 12 bedrooms, three heated pools, and is situated only 150 meters from the beach and approximately 400 meters from ACI Marina Agana.
Situated on a plot of 2,468 m² are three independent villas, designed to function as separate units. The resort offers a total of 12 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. All three villas have separate plumbing, energy, and HVAC systems.
The ground floors are organized as open-plan living areas connected to terraces, pools, and landscaped gardens. The upper floors house bedrooms with their own bathrooms, while most rooms offer views of the sea and Marina bay.
The resort and villas feature two outdoor heated pools and one indoor heated pool. Underfloor heating has been installed around the two outdoor pools, allowing guests a comfortable stay and use of outdoor amenities even outside the main summer season.
Within the complex, there are gyms, a sauna, entertainment rooms, and a tavern of approximately 70 m² with a professional kitchen, fireplace, and a capacity for up to 30 people. Next to the tavern, there is also a separate staff apartment of approximately 35 m². The garden is landscaped with Mediterranean plants, palm trees, ornamental shrubs, and fruit trees such as figs, lemons, plums, apples, and grapes. The irrigation system is automated, and a licensed agronomist takes care of maintaining the green areas. The resort includes 12 covered parking spaces.
Technical equipment includes a heating and cooling system via heat pumps and Hitachi air conditioning, Bosch household appliances, Liebherr refrigerators, video surveillance, an alarm system, aluminum joinery with triple glazing, and flooring made of parquet and ceramics.
The location provides quick access to key amenities. The beach is 150 m away, ACI Marina Agana approximately 400 m, Marina center a few minutes' drive, while Trogir and Split Airport are accessible in approximately 20 minutes' drive. The resort is situated in a protected bay known for its peaceful environment, nautical tourism, and good transport links to Split and the rest of the Dalmatian coast.
