One of the 'most photogenic' towns in the Mediterranean is the former fishing village, now the tourist destination of Rovinj-Rovigno. About 40 kilometers from Pula, Rovinj-Rovigno has been known since ancient times as a city whose climatic features have a beneficial effect on health. The town will seduce you with its narrow medieval streets and warm Mediterranean atmosphere. The main church of St. Euphemia contains relics of the saint and is one of the most beautiful baroque achievements in Istria. From the church plateau, there is a view of the sea and numerous islands in the distance. Just 10 km from the strict center of Rovinj is this beautiful stone house. Away from the main road, it offers complete peace and privacy, located on a plot of 138,000 m2, of which 15,000 m2 is in the construction zone. The floor plan of the house is 150 m2 (ground floor and first floor), with a total area of approximately 300 m2. Complete adaptation is needed.
