On such a structure of the building we have installed equipment that complements such a function as ventilation with heat recuperator and automatic regulation of air humidity and air purification, and such a solution results in the fact that windows in critical periods such as hot summer or cold winter days do not need to be opened and thus do not lose their own energy sources, but by preserving this energy at the same time achieves perfect air circulation with ideal humidity in the apartment.

Environmentally conscious heating and cooling via a heat pump has also been implemented, which, considering the above mentioned for 40% better building physics and ventilation with heat recovery system, enables greater energy savings. We have also made a preparation and at an additional charge solar photovoltaic electric cells can be installed and thus become a completely energy independent facility.

Floor and ceiling heating and ceiling ventilation and cooling are designed in the apartments. Carpentry is at the highest level in terms of thermal characteristics. It is made of aluminum/wood profiles where the color of aluminum is special black, while the wood is oak. The glass is safety, anti-theft and three-layer – external and internal glass laminated, thick every 6 mm and central 4 mm. Automatic lifting-sliding walls are low floor. All joinery has safety locks to protect children, with built-in mosquito nets and electric iso shutters.

There is an elevator in each apartment from the garage.
