Maslina Resort is a resort unique in our region that has developed from a private family estate into a signed hotel. Inspired by unique and original features, all to meet the demands of luxury-valued guests. Maslina Resort is a fully serviced, five-star boutique hotel, located along the coast of untouched nature overlooking the picturesque Maslinica bay on the island of Hvar, Croatia.

Maslina Resort was successfully completed in August 2020 when the Resort opened its doors to its first guests. The five star resort has a capacity of 53 keys: a combination of rooms and suites, three luxury villas and extensive quality facilities such as the Pharomatiq Spa, the A•Bay beach bar, the children's playroom, the organic garden and the beach area. Within the catering facilities are the main restaurant, bar, wine gallery and beach bar / restaurant.

All spacious rooms and apartments of the Resort "Masline" enjoy the beautiful view of the sea, complete privacy and absolute comfort. Every detail is authentic to the elements that make the island of Hvar unique, harmonizing Mediterranean simplicity and French art styles with natural materials. The villas are impeccably located along the coast, where you can enjoy the endless view of the sea from all rooms. Supporting maslina resort's philosophy of "conscious luxury", the restaurant's culinary focus advocates a UNESCO-protected Mediterranean diet with contemporary overtones. The kitchen respects local ingredients while producers are carefully selected for their quality, respect for the environment and commitment to organic and seasonal farming. Furthermore, many of the restaurant's ingredients are harvested from Maslina Resort's own 7,000 square foot organic garden.

Beach Bar 

Along the maslina resort's coastal promenade there is a relaxed beachside spot called A•Bay. Located in the open with views extending to the Kabal Peninsula, A•Bay is the perfect place to sip authentic and classic cocktails, champagne or a chilled glass of rosé wine while complementing yourself with Mediterranean tapas. Fresh and local food and refreshing drinks blend in harmony with the elegant décor of the A•Bay, with a musical sommelier at your disposal to enhance the island's natural atmosphere.

Our new story is a turnkey project developed on an area of 5401 square meters, where there are currently 5 luxury villas in the construction phase that will be fully managed and operated under the Maslina brand. It will expand to the initial concept and performance of the Maslina Resort, using wood, stone and natural elements to create a place of comfort aligned with the natural environment. A limited number of new owners who have recognized this unique opportunity will buy new properties and join the existing selected group of the Maslina family.

Currently, two villas have been built: "Villa Litica and "Villa Borovina".

"Maslina Resort" Awards

Maslina Resort kicked off its Better World Fund sponsorship with an official presentation at expo 2022 in Dubai, where Sustainability practices of Olives and a story of conscious luxury are shared. The Better World Fund was part of the French Pavilion at the Dubai Expo 2022 to collaborate and support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The two-day event aimed to raise awareness of the urgent need to protect the world's oceans and promote the blue economy, bringing together filmmakers, writers, scientists, environmentalists, activists and business leaders to explore and make significant efforts to address environmental, biodiversity and climate challenges. The sequel to the Better World Fund event took place in Cannes and Venice during their prestigious film festivals in 2022.
