In the center of Dalmatia, near Zadar, on the coast of the picturesque town of Sv. Filip i Jakov, there is a 5-star complex consisting of a hotel and six facilities with 60 residences. It combines everything you need for an ideal vacation for the whole family – from wellness and SPA zone, fitness center, restaurants, bars, children's playroom, playground, swimming pool and well-tended beach in front of the resort, to a new marina in the immediate vicinity. The resort has an A-type residence located on the ground floor and consists of: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with kitchen and dining room, toilet, loggia with garden. The residence has a total residential area of 68.39 m2 with a loggia and a garden, totaling 97.68 m2. It contains two parking spaces.

Currently, the implementation of construction works and the arrangement of a complete tourist resort are in the phase. The completion of the works and the opening of the settlement is scheduled for July 1, 2024.
